Treasurer Report: Still waiting on financial from CPA

Concession Report: Nothing to brief

Fundraising and Advertising: Nothing to brief

Cheerleading: Nothing to brief

Football: Football is having a dance on the 4th of Nov. There are two weeks left in the

regular season.

Soccer: Rec soccer is in full swing. High school has started. The Lady Raiders have

been selected and the Raiders men teams are having tryouts.

Basketball: Registration for the winter season will continue until 13 Nov.

Baseball: Ongoing discussion on whether NYSA baseball will stay affiliated with Dizzy

Dean. Discussion is still ongoing.

T-Ball: Nothing to brief

Softball: Softball commissioner needed for upcoming season.

Adult Softball: Nothing to brief

Adult Basketball: Nothing to brief

Old Business: None

New Business: Mr. Mike Carmody inquired about starting a Senior League softball

league. Larry will meet with him 19 Oct at 6 pm to go over details how to start his

program.

It was brought up how football will do the coaching progression in age groups.

Discussion will be continued.

The board discussed having the sponsors having to pay $500.00 to have their link on the

website. It was tabled.

The election were held and the members that were elected to the board were Jim Lovell,

Denise Lucas, Adriana Pinnard, Ben Moyer and Mike Bradley. There was a tie between

Don Garrett and Rob Simon. There will be a run off for the last board position.
