Treasurer Report: On-Line credit card transaction not cost effective, makes booking very

difficult 12 month cost. Will vote keeping credit card machine next meeting.

Concession Report: Nothing to brief

Fundraising and Advertising: Nothing to brief

Cheerleading: Fundraiser for rec. program. Book keeping procedures for fundraiser

Football: Foot will run concession stand with 13 teams.

Soccer: Registered as of today 136 players dates upcoming registration dates first 2

Saturday in August. 5:30 – 6:30 during Challenger camp.

Basketball: Summer basket ball starts July 23.

Baseball: Nothing to brief

T-Ball: Nothing to brief

Softball: Nothing to brief

Adult Softball: Nothing to brief

Adult Basketball: Nothing to brief

Old Business: Nothing to brief

New Business: Michelle Hill Raider run NYSA sponsored. It raised $6560. 300 people

registered but not all attended due to weather. NYSA was presented with a Plaque.
