Meeting started at.

In attendance: Adriana, Mike, Larry, Darrin N, Darren T, Jim B, and Jim.

Treasurer Report: Treasurers reports for Jun and Jul where reviewed, motioned and

carried.

Concession Report: Nothing to brief

Fundraising and Advertising: Nothing to brief

Cheerleading: Nothing to brief

Football: Helmet issue was discussed. Several Players have got concussions this

season.

Soccer: Rec has 420 kids and Select has 180 kids playing ball this season.

Basketball: Nothing to brief.

Baseball: Baseball

T-Ball: Nothing to brief

Softball: Jeanne Tittle officially stepped down as commissioner. Jason and Brandy

Holbrook are acting commissioners’.

Adult Softball: Nothing to brief

Adult Basketball: Nothing to brief

Old Business: Discussed the online registration again. It was voted that we raise the fee

to 3% to cover the fee expense.

New Business: NYSA insurance (Jay Newman Insurance) ask if NYSA wanted to add

Abuse and Molestation insurance. It was motioned and carried to add this insurance to

current policy.
