PLEASE BE AWARE: In accordance with NYSA policy, members of the NYSA Board are prohibited from officially addressing or responding to complaints or issues with a formal online form being on file. This is done not to be a hindrance in the process, but to ensure transparency in the process (more than one person is able to see that a formal form has been submitted verifying the appropriate steps have been followed) before members of the Board officially engage.
If you have questions, you may email "[email protected]" or are welcome at the twice monthly Board of Directors Meetings at 6:00 PM the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the Month in the NYSA Conference Room. You may check here for the upcoming agenda for a given meeting to confirm when it will be meeting next.
