Welcome to the Volunteer Workorder section for the NYSA facilities.  

Our two facilities at the Main Complex and the Soccer complex are Santa Rosa County owned facilities that the NYSA has been given custody of to use, oversee, and maintain.  As part of this relationship, there are certain aspects of the park's maintenance that fall under the County's responsibility to maintain and some that fall under the NYSA's responsibility to maintain.

The below forms are a way for you as members to make us aware of issues we may not be aware of and to forward those on to our army of volunteers to try and work on to better repair, improve, and maintain our park.  Not all work orders may fall within our scope of ability or responsibility and some may have to be catalogued and forwarded along through our official processes to the County for action, but let us worry about that.  

Please use the 2 below links to both submit work orders for us to review, but also for you to let us know of your availability and willingness to help out when and as you are able.  

Please remember that we are an all volunteer association, so our ability to receive, inventory, respond, and remedy issues that arise has to be measured against all the other priorities of the park and what the resources and availability  our volunteers have to work on these issues is.
